Jessica first began her journey in learning alternative healing in 2012, after injuries from a car accident she couldn't heal with regular conventional therapies. She's been learning and experimenting for 10 plus years to see what has had the most profound and powerful transformations for people with emotional, mental and physical trauma. Jessica is eager to share the wonder of these techniques and to help facilitate peoples healing. Jessica's intention at Waves of Consciousness Holistic Healing is to help her clients listen to their bodies and find the courage to step into their Highest selves with optimal well-being.
